Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
this was a great recipe. :) I also threw in some red potatos and carrots. Very easy.

Chili Rellenos Casserole
this recipe is good - tasted just like chile rellenos. I did omit the 1/2 cup of milk though and just used the evap milk. came out great . :)
