Apple Bread
This apple bread is quick, easy, and yummy! I took the advice of other reviewers and substituted 1/2 c brown sugar for the same amount of white sugar. The batter WAS very thick and sticky, but the cakes themselves baked up nice and moist. They also cooked all the way through without burning on top. The first batch didn't last long so a second batch is in the oven as I write! :-)
