Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
Used only shrimp. Kept "heat" on the side because of the kids. However I did add a little cayenne. Also used clam juice instead of fish stock. Awesome!

Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta
This was great. Added a little more broth and kept the top on while simmering. Pecans were on the side.

Eggplant Sandwiches
Didn't ave fresh eggplant, used breaded cutlets. Still Great. Kids devoured. Thanks!
