I love this recipe. For Thanksgiving I made it in a bundt pan, and then covered it with cream cheese frosting and use the kraft foods website to decorate it to look like a pumpkin, stem and all! made it in a normal spring-form pan for easter and it wasn't as great... definitely better in the bundt pan. none the less a delicious recipe.
