This was so easy. It was great to make with the kids and we all enjoyed eating it!

I followed the recipe exactly and did not enjoy the results at all. I guess I am used to a creamy macaroni and cheese. This was very rich because of all the cheeses, but the sauce was weird. I will definitely go back to making a roux from now on.

This was really good! Both my kids (ages 4 and 2) really enjoyed it. I did take some of the other reviewers advice and spread the refried beans onto the flour tortillas. I also didn't add taco sauce, I added taco seasoning to the meat, and added 2-3 flour tortillas for each layer. 2 weeks later....I just made this for a big party and everyone loved it. There was only one piece left!
