About this Cook
I am only 32 but I grew in a BIG family where taking care of others was tops, and one way of doing that was by good cooking. Some of my first memories of cooking are as young as 5. My mother and aunts taught me how to scramble eggs. And I learned soon after that to mix bread(by hand I might add. Oh yeah, we did the whole grinding our own wheat, eggs from our chickens, mixing and molding by hand thing!) YUMMO! And I was making 6 loaves a week. Anyhoo, long story short, I can say I have been cooking going on over 20 years. A fact that I am proud of!
My cooking triumphs
I grew up educated in the dietary aspects of cooking. My Mother was a dietary supervisor. I grew up knowing how food affects the body and why. I started my first cooking job at the age of 14, in a care center for the elderly,I worked there until I graduated High School. I then went on to cooking in local fine dining, until I started my training in the Medical field. I became a trained Medical Assistant while working in a fast food chain. I then worked as a MA for 4.5 years. After which I cooked, made menus, and handled ordering for over 100 children in a daycare. All has brought me to this present day. I have just written and published 200 copies of my very own HCG diet cookbook. Which have only been sold, in my own little town, to my family and friends. I am now working to get this ebook on line at my personal webpage. Not only is this cookbook HCG oriented, but it is VERY low calorie, fat, and carbohydrate. This will be my cooking triumph!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies
Loved, loved, loved, these cookies! I love peanut butter cookies, and always look for a recipe that keeps them chewy. I followed this recipe to a T, except I only buy creamy peanut butter, and don't like peanuts in my peanut butter cookies.(Weird, cuz I love nuts in any other cookie, just not peanut butter.)I was impressed that this one batch made 3 dozen cookies, and passed some out to family and friends who are still raving about them! This will for sure be my peanut butter cookie recipe from now on.

Jalapeno Snacks
These are sooooo good! I love stuffed jalapenos but don't like the breaded or deep fried ones. My hubby can't quit telling EVERYONE about them, and wants me to make them for EVERYONE he tells. Next I want to try with fat free cr. cheese, fat free mayo, and turkey bacon. Gotta watch those calories! LOL
