Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

WOW!! I made this 2 days ago and my family is still talking about them. When I took them out of the oven and unwrapped them the meat actually fell off the bone. The sauce was fantastic!!! I served them with a salad and some homemade garlic bread. I will be making these many more times in the future! Thank you for this amazing recipe! I've used this recipe so many times that I've literally memorized it! Now I make the sauce and bottle it.It tastes even better because it has time to settle.

Scottish Shortbread II

Well I've never really tasted traditional or non-store bought shortbread and this was a great way to take my first taste. At first I was relunctant to bake it because it seemed to simple to be good! I must say like the other reviewers it was a little 'cakey'. But I don't think I baked it long enough anyway (only 8 minutes!) I also added 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 almond extract which added a extra kick!

Lemon Sorbet

This sorbet was surprisingly good after a few adjustments. Instead of tonic water or club soda I used canned lemonade. Instead of only fresh lemon juice I added orange juice too, to make less bitter. I also took out some of the diced lemon peel because it was all on the bottom!

Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Me again. My family and I have just tasted this and it was amazing. Next time(there definetely will be a next time!) i will add parsnips and turnips to the veggies. In a shorter explanation 'IT WAS AWESOME!!!'
