Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
I loved the marinade and the brown sugar sprinkle, the sweetness mixed with the saltiness of the bacon was very nice. I took the advice of other reviewers and only marinated 15 minutes. It was enough, the scallops were delicious.

Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Puffs
These were a big hit at my mom's Christmas party. It was my first time working with filo and it was falling apart but I found that it's very forgiving, the shape doesn't have to be perfect to look good. The filling was delicious!

Best Brownies
I'm split on these brownies. My husband loved them - thought they might be the best brownies he's ever had. I did not care for them at all. I found them to be way too sweet. It's a recipe I will make again for my husband on special occasions but I don't like them at all. Just personal preference, it's certainly a good recipe. Maybe I will read through the reviews and tinker with the recipe.
