Not much to tell about me, I am a typical mother that tries to feed my family healthy and always trying to find new things to eat that is quick and easy. Seems like there is too much that is quick and easy and health. That is why i signed up here. MEXICAN My family isnt into cooking much, we have a very small kitched so there is not much room for even just me to work. I was so exited, i cooked a whole chicken(baked) with carrots, potatos, onions and celery. It turned out really well. I was impressed with myself. Total cook time 3 hours, including prep time. To many to count.
