I'm a stay at home dad who's recently taken on a lot of new responsibilities. Not the least of which is total kitchen duty!
My favorite things to cook
Smoking and BBQing when I have the time. Anything new that turns out good! I cook a lot of chicken and turkey as my wife does not eat red meat.

My mother-in-laws old school Italian spaghetti with meatballs recipe and her pasties.

Hosted a sushi party and nailed it. Lots of sake helped.
