Italian food and Mexican food mostly, just like the flavor of a good tomato sauce, or the spice of a good pepper. I'll cook anything though most times i find a recipe and then twist it around to make it my own. Every Christmas Eve my family gets together and has Lasanga, I dont know why, My dad used to make it but one year I decided to make a pan also to sort of lighten the load for him. At the end of the evening all my lasanga was gone and 3/4 of his was left. Needless to say I've made all the lasanga ever since. Made a Chicago style deep dish pizza once from scratch once, it was awesome. Also my lasanga. Not very good at cooking scrambled eggs, I can't seem to get them the way I want them.
