Spaghetti Squash Alfredo

I loved this! I made it with cream of mushroom soup and just half a can of milk - on the side I sautee'd some garlic, onions and mushrooms then put spinach in at the end - and added this to the soup mixture. Put it over the spaghetti squash and baked it for ten minutes with green onions and panko crumbs on top - didn't have cheese so I didn't put that it and it is still amazing. I'll try it with the cheese next time.

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

This was really good! I didn't put the full amount of sugar in, i just didn't fill up the measuring cup as much... I would recommend baking this longer, or maybe making it in a shorter dish as the loaf pan left the pudding a bit moist, whereas I prefer it to be a bit more cooked!

California Melt

Fast, easy and delicious! I omitted the almonds, but did everything else as said, and my mom and I loved it! I agree with the other comments on sautéing the mushrooms beforehand, but even without, they were great! Will definitely make this again!!
