Me and my Dusky Conyor (Pipper)
About this Cook
Borne in Champaign Il. My Father was paralyzed when I was around 8 yrs. old. some of my Mom and Dads friends got me into cooking in the 4H. While my Father was in the Hospital for Open heart surgery, and the 1 year latter. My Mother didn't have to worry about me, because I knew how to cook.enough to survive. She lived during WW2 and the depression, so she knew how to stretch food. What she didn't know was that I was watching how she cooked. When I was on my own I used some of her recipes, and added to them. It usualy involved more meat, Vedgies, and spices. Dad couldn't have much spice. Thanks Mom for things that you taught me that you never knew
My favorite things to cook
Biscuits and sausage gravy, Chicken, Pork, and beef Stirfry, Bulgoge (Koren for marinated Beef meat) Tuagegogie (Korean for marinated Pork) Takgoge (Korean for marinated Chicken)

Uncle Wynn's Bread Machine Rye
I likes it. The only thing that I didn't like was that the corn meal made it dry when in the toaster. But all in all it was great for sandwiches
