I am a cook in bloom! I have a passion for food and it shows...it's my favorite topic of conversation. My favorite show is Good Eats. I find the recipes don't turn out for me, but it teaches me a lot and I've learned tons of fundamentals and food facts. I love anything that challenges my abilities and impresses the family. SPEIDINI! orange chiffon cakes, italian cookies. I inheirted a love of cooking from my nana who is a wonderful at it and a very generous, loving person. Also, as a kid a grew up on 5 meals a day (I am not over-weight). But what i attribute that to is helping prepare most of those meals. My message is get kids in the kitchen!
