Lets see I'm first and foremost a mother of four beautiful children, One who is old enough to be on her own. I love them dearly and try to take care of them the best I know how. I love to cook and people usually tell me I'm a good cook and like my cooking, I would love to learn how to bake creative cakes... I like to make bread and casseroles, those are my specialities. I also love to make pasta and fruit salads. I really like trying out new recipes and using my family for guinea pigs. They get to be my victims...LOL They haven't complained yet...............and oh they have never gotten sick.............LOL Is big family get togethers. This is when I get to try out the new recipes I've tried on everyone in my home....FUN! I would like to say cooking is symobolic of love, friendship and of course family ...and a way of calming me and keeping me focused on something that I enjoy doing.. Making Bread especially yeast bread...... Hmmmm making too much food, usually enough to feed an army...Got to work on that...........
