Chicken Pot Pie IX
My SUPER picky kids ate this up! I made 1.5X the amount of filling, because many of the reviews stated their pot pie came out dry. I also cooked the bottom crust for 5 minutes before filling, and brushed both the bottom and top crusts with egg whites. I use onion powder instead of celery seed. And added garlic powder and herbs to both the sauce and vegetables. One of our new faves!
