Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
This was a good recipe but I had to turn up the heat on my oven becuase after one hour they were no way near done. But I added some garlic powder and some creole seasoning and I absolutley love them!

Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens
I used soime bacon as well and added some leon juice becuase I like my greens a bit tangy and they were sooooo wonderful I love this recipe thanks for posting!!

Baby Carrots With Curry Sauce
This was absolutly fabulous! The sauce was so quick and easy and absolutly delicious. Will DEFINATLEY make again!
