Sausage Cheese Puffs
My sons love these. Super easy and reheat really well. Be careful not to over cook because they will dry out keep an eye on them. I use my cookie scoop to make them uniform in size. Great dipped in ketsup, mustard or your favorite sauce.

Apple Cole Slaw
This was a hit at my parents on Fathers Day. Very refreshing and light dressing. Normally I leave out the onion and pepper but this time I didn't and the flavors blended so well that those two ingredients did not stand out so prominent. Make sure you salt the cabbage and let it drain because there will be plenty of liquid after you mix it.

Puerto Rican Tostones (Fried Plantains)
This was the first time my family had tried these. I liked them but my sons did not. I think I should have chosen a plantain that was a little more ripe. They had a sour taste to them. I dunked them in ketsup.
