Savory Chicken Breasts
Delicious and super easy! My family devoured this. The chicken was so tender. I used stuffing on top instead of bread crumbs as a reviewer suggested. Great Idea! I also increased the amount of sauce and thinned it out a little by adding additional milk.

Red Snapper Baked Alaska Style
Delicious and fun new way to cook fish. I broiled the top for a few minutes at the end because the top wasn't turning brown and I was worried about over cooking the fish.
