Tim Perry's Soup (Creamy Curry Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup)
This was great. I didn't change much accept that I added onion powder because I didn't have an onion and I added a potato. The curry was a nice addition.

Pork Chops with Pears
This was fabulous. I did make a few slight changes. I cooked it on the stove. I sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic powder on the meat (I used boneless thin center cut chops). Also I didn't have a can of pears so I used fresh pears, 1/4 c applesause, water and a little chicken bouillon. After the meat was brown I just let everything simmer for about 20 min and served it with mashed potatoes. This was easy, fast and a perfect fall meal.

Hearty Hot or Cold Roasted Tomato Soup
I made this soup as a first course for a group of 60 women and it was a hit! I mostly followed the recipe except I added the cloves, skins and all, to the blender with the tomatoes, and made it the day before then I added chicken stock an hour before when I warmed it up and just enough to give it a good consistency. I will make it again (for myself).
