Filipino Lumpia
This was great. I doubled the recipe to make 60 but there wasnt enough filling. I used a little more then a pound of pork and a little more then a pound of beef. Grated the carrots and left out the salt. We used sweet chili sauce which was a perfect dip. We will make them again...and again.

No More Salty Easter Ham
This recipe was awesome! All my friends and family just loved it. I made it on Easter, oh man i will make it again for sure.
