Crispy Chocolate Log
Very good, and easy to make. I used my hands and rubbed soft butter on the paper, and I had no problems with it sticking. I didn't have butterscotch chips, so I just used chocolate chips with a couple Tbl peanut butter mixed in for the filling. I left the log in the fridge overnight, and cut thin slices with a sharp knife. Yum! My kids like them too, of course. ;)
