Very good, and easy to make. I used my hands and rubbed soft butter on the paper, and I had no problems with it sticking. I didn't have butterscotch chips, so I just used chocolate chips with a couple Tbl peanut butter mixed in for the filling. I left the log in the fridge overnight, and cut thin slices with a sharp knife. Yum! My kids like them too, of course. ;)

This was very good, but a bit too sweet. (And I really like sweet!) I will definitely make again, but will add less sugar.

This was super yummy! My new favorite fruit desert! I didn't change anything except making half the servings and using a 9x9 pan. I did use fresh from the garden strawberries and rhubarb (not store bought) so I am sure that helped, but I wouldn't change a thing in the recipe. I will be making this again and again!
