Velvety Pumpkin Soup With Blue Cheese and Bacon
This is a very easy and delicious soup. I made it once as written and it turned really brown after the molasses was added. I made it again and just added a tablespoon of molasses and it was perfect. Served it with pieces of grilled "Easy Beer Bread Mix" from this site for a really perfect fall dinner.

Easy Beer Bread Mix
I grilled some of this tonight and served it with pumpkin soup. It is one of the easiest and tastiest breads I have ever made. I did leave out the onion powder and italian seasoning to make the taste more neutral, but I am sure it would be great as written. Enjoy!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Delicious! The pumpkins in my garden are overflowing and this is a great way to use them. This bread came out moist and very flavorful. I will be making it again for sure.
