This was such a nice twist on meatloaf that my family really enjoyed. I actually baked it in a muffin pan and made "meatloaffins" so it got done a little quicker. I had no problems with it being too soggy/wet like other people reported.

These are delicious! I make extra and freeze the patties for when I don't have time to cook, and it has worked out well so far. Thanks for a great recipe!

I had never made cabbage rolls before, but my husband loves them so I tried this recipe and was really nervous. It turned out great!! Like other reviewers, I used additional tomato sauce. I have made it several times since then, and have also substituted ground turkey for ground beef, and it tastes just as good!
