This is my boyfriend's new favorite, he asks for it all the time. Now I cook four pieces instead of the normal two portion meals because he takes leftovers to work with him for lunch. I rub garlic salt into the chicken and then dip it in egg and breadcrumbs before rolling it. It helps the breadcrumbs stick and gives it a very nice flavor.

Goulash Supreme

I added extra spices to this too, I tasted it as is and it was pretty bland and tomato-y. So I added a good amount of garlic and onion salt, and a packet of chili seasoning to the meat!! It was very, very good.

Baked Pork Chops I

I make this regularly now! I always leave out the white wine because I never have it sitting around. But my boyfriend asks for this all the time. It's definately a keeper.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

A major hit at our housewarming party!!! I served it with Sundried Tomato & Basil wheat thins which really added a nice flavor to it!! I will definately make this again for the next party!

Baked Spaghetti I

A little bland, I think if I make it again I will need to find a way to really add some flavor to it! My boyfriend absolutely loved it though, so maybe it's just me.

Best Tuna Casserole

One of my absolute favorite dishes now!! I always add a packet of onion soup mix, chopped onions, two cans of tuna, and a little mayo. It turns out perfect every time!! And like others said, it makes excellent leftovers the next day.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Super good. I make this all the time now. I always add an extra can of tuna, extra can of soup, chopped onions, dollop of mayo and (most importantly, I think) a packet of dry onion soup mix. My boyfriend and everyone else who has tried it has had rave reviews.
