Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This is my boyfriend's new favorite, he asks for it all the time. Now I cook four pieces instead of the normal two portion meals because he takes leftovers to work with him for lunch. I rub garlic salt into the chicken and then dip it in egg and breadcrumbs before rolling it. It helps the breadcrumbs stick and gives it a very nice flavor.

Goulash Supreme
I added extra spices to this too, I tasted it as is and it was pretty bland and tomato-y. So I added a good amount of garlic and onion salt, and a packet of chili seasoning to the meat!! It was very, very good.

Baked Pork Chops I
I make this regularly now! I always leave out the white wine because I never have it sitting around. But my boyfriend asks for this all the time. It's definately a keeper.
