Elizabeth's Extreme Chocolate Lover's Cake
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This cake is moist, chocolaty and has a gorgeous dark colour! It will be my go-to chocolate cake recipe from now on. Made it as written and it was perfect :) Didn't even notice that it had fat-free sour cream in it as it was all I had.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
SO GOOD!!! Love this recipe... I use 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and its moist and delicious.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
So good!! I added about 1/4 tsp of coconut extract and they tasted so coconutty and yummy. Soft and chewy (exept for the batch I overcooked) but mine were thin even though the marjarine I used was fridge cold and I whipped the butter/sugar until fluffy... maybe longer in the fridge next time? My husband was happy though as he likes thin cookies. Will make again and again! Nice change from chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies.
