Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
I followed some of the other reviewers and reduced the amount of soy sauce from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup. I left out the salt and ginger, but added 1/4 of honey. I then cooked the pork on low heat for about 3.5 hours. Instead of thicken up the sauce the pork chops were in, I made an additional sauce. Which I cooked in a saucepan and added cornstarch to thicken. I served the chops over white rice and topped them with the sauce. The result..deliciously, tender pork chops.

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage
Scrumptious! As per the previous reviewers, I added garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. I also omitted the salt from the recipe. My husband and I loved this. He's already mentioned us having it again soon. If you haven't tried this one yet, I recommend that you do.

Chicken Noodle Soup
A wonderfully flavorful, aromatic soup. I added a touch more bouillon to the pot, but other than that I made it as the recipe calls for. Simple and delightful!
