This recipe has become a fast favorite for my husband and I. I did change a few things (cream of mushroom soup instead of veggie, added a layer of corn, & added biscuits on top) but that's the great thing about this recipe- it's easily changed to fit each person's taste. We love it and make it all the time, I'm SO glad I found this recipe!

Loved it! This was my third attempt at meatloaf, and the only one I really enjoyed. I put tinfoil over it while it cooked, and the next time my husband would like to use a lesser amount of breadcrumbs. But other than that this exact recipe will be followed!

This meal was good. I felt like there was a little more sauce than necessary, but I did use less chicken breasts than called for. My mom used to make a similar dish but was just cheese and mushrooms I believe...I would stick with that simpler taste myself. But overall a good meal :)
