Veggie Pot Pie
VERY VERY GOOD!! I added 1 cup broccoli as well as 1 yellow squash, otherwise, followed the recipe exactly! I made it in a 9x11 pan and everyone loved it. Definitely will make this one again!!

Yellow Squash Casserole
used bread crumbs instead of crackers and heavy cream instead of milk (out of milk) and the kids LOVED it!! I'm going to make it again this week and use 1/2 zucchini and 1/2 yellow squash. YUMMY!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These are the best black bean burgers ever! I usually make guacamole to top the burgers with and it's outstanding! Even my kids love them and ask for them often.
