Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
LOVED this recipe. My husband and brother swear it's just like the fries at a local restaurant famous for its great french fries. I added extra garlic powder, a little sugar, some dried oregano and a bit of chili powder. Perfect, tasty, super crunchy fries I'm planning to make over and over. Thanks a lot:)

Easy Fruit Cobbler
This recipe is almost too easy! I made it with a couple of very ripe golden apples and added lots of cinnamon and a generous helping of vanilla to the batter. Oh and I added more baking powder than the original recipe calls for. I then sprinkeled some sugar and cinnamon on top of the apples and baked it for around 50 mins. My husband and my parents in law simply loved it. Note: I only used 1 big tablespoon of butter and it turned out great and not too buttery tasting.

Baked French Fries I
I steam/boil the potatoes first to soften them up a bit so they don't take as much time baking. I use vegetable oil instead of olive and I just drench the fries in herbs as it takes a LOT of pepper, dry basil and garlic powder (and any other stuff you'd like to add) to get that herb-y taste.
