One word: AMAZING! I iced half the batch, and left the rest plain with no icing. Honestly,I could have it either way! I've never made pumpkin cookies before and when I saw the "batter", I was a little skeptical. It didn't look like it would be cookie-shaped at all! But, needless to say, after 14 mins in the oven, they came out perfectly moist and chewy. YUM! perfect for fall.

I made these last night and they are AMAZING! I used butter instead of margarine and only baked them for about 12 minutes. Definately making these again!

I just make this cake tonight and I only had to bake it for about 35 minutes. It's wonderfully moist and perfect. I didn't put the nuts on top just due to personal preferences. I would definately make this again!
