Apple-Cinnamon Baked French Toast
Very Yummy! I did modify the original recipe - I only had plain old white bread, so I used that. Layered bread, apples, cinnamon sugar etc, & half the egg mixture, then repeated those layers. It was a great treat for the kids, almost like a bread pudding!

Miniature Chocolate Eclairs
Excellent recipe! So easy, even I managed to pull these off!! Delicious! I piped the eclairs onto a baking sheet, and filled them with pastry creme thru the slit cut in during baking. So yummy!!
