Country Fried Steak
The flavor was great but unfortunately the "crust" fell off of the steak quite easily while slicing.

Homesteader Cornbread
Very good! I used buttermilk instead of milk, and increased the buttermilk to 2/3C and let it sit with the corn meal for at least an hour before proceeding with the remainder of the recipe. It turned out great!

Ice Cream Tunnel Cake
What a great idea! I made this recipe for my son's 2nd birthday, and cut the cake in thrids to make a caterpillar cake filled with ice cream (see my photo!). It was a HUGE hit!!
