Apple Pie Waffles
These were really good. I'm following a balanced healthy diet plan. I switched the whole wheat flour for whole grain pastry flour with great results. Also took in to consideration small chunks of apples versus grated apples. I ended up with 5 waffles instead of 4. Per waffles 81 cal with a whooping 7.62 grams of fiber. I served this waffles with 2 tbsp of almond butter. Thank you so much for submitting this healthy recipe! Will make again.

Kalamata Olive and Garlic Bread
I made this bread yesterday. Followed the recipe to a T. I measured the flour with my scale weighing 1 pound = 4 c of flour. This is one of the easiest recipes for bread that I've ever used. Wonderful results. Will make again. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Enchiladas Suisas
I made these a week ago. I grilled seasoned chicken breast on George Foreman grill. Allowed to cool then cut in thin strips. Used aneheim chili's from last summer garden (frozen/thawed). Subbed half/half for heavy cream b/c that what I had on hand. I added the half and half to the salsa verde. Also used garlic jack cheese for the cheese listed. Served with sliced green olives on the side. I skipped the frying in oil and dipping in sauce part. Put a little sauce in pan. Rolled enchiladas placing in sauce causing the enchiladas to crack. This was a good recipe all in all. It lacked spice but that could be added. Will make again.
