Golden Rum Cake

I've made this cake several times and everytime I get rave reviews. I've tried lemon flavored rum with yellow cake, rasberry rum w/chocolate cake. It's always a hit. Thanks for the recipe.

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

I made this recipe last night and my family loved it! I used frozen mixed veggies and added some potatoes. The next time I make this I will eliminate the pineapples, I personally don't think they added any flavor and add a little more curry. Overall great recipe!!

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

I made this cake last night but instead of making a layer cake I made cup cakes and I used a vanilla frosting. They were delicious.I got so many compliments from my toughest critics (my kids). I pureed fresh strawberries with a little sugar so I cut the sugar down in the cake from 2c to 1 1/2c and it was perfect. I brought some to work this morning my co-worker said she felt like she was biting into a strawberry dream, lol. Definiteley a keeper.
