Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta

This salad is awesome and does not even need the dressing. I use a 3 color pasta for extra flavor/color.

Beer batter was awesome! I had tried to make fish tacos before w/ some sort of buttermilk batter and it just didn't work out. These also went really well w/ mango & pineapple salsa. Or sometimes I like to add pickled onions.

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

Was definitely missing some flavor for me. Went back for the leftovers and added some pomodoro and tomato paste to basically turn it into a red sauce. much more to my liking!
