With food prices going through the roof, we have been buying a lot of bone in chicken breasts when they are on sale.  If anyone has any good bone in chicken breast recipes, please start putting them on Allrecipes.  Can't wait to see some new recipe ideas.  There are only so many ways to cook… MORE

Campbell's Kitchen Chicken Noodle Casserole
Talk about a recipe gone wild! This is the first recipe I ever altered on here. I read all the other reviews and here is what I did: added poultry seasoning, parsley, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, butter, frozen green beans and frozen corn. By the time all the other extras were added, I added another can of cr. of chicken soup and chicken. Needless to say the family ate it up! Now I know what a "good base recipe" means. Keep playing with this recipe, it definitely has potential!

Quinoa and Black Beans
Ok, started the annual spring diet again! Saw this recipe and just made it. Holy cow, it is awesome! The flavor is exceptional, and you can't get much healthier than this. As others suggested, I will cut back on the black beans and will definitely add some salsa for color and flavor. Thanks soooo much for this recipe :)
