Pesto Chicken Florentine
4.5 stars! I added one extra cup of spinach, two extra cloves of garlic, and also some chopped black & kalamata olives. It's easier to eat if you cut the chicken into tiny pieces. You can cut the butter out of the alfredo sauce and you won't notice a difference. Topped mine with asiago cheese and.... mmm. delish. Next time i'll add some asparagus, broccoli, or artichoke hearts.
