Awesome! I made this for my brother's birthday, and it well received. I frosted with the Rich Chocolate Frosting recipe I found here. It was moist and delicious, even to one who doesn't like coffee!

This recipe may have taken longer than 10 minutes to prepare, but it certainly required less time than I expected, and came out really light, fluffy, moist, and tasty. I will definitely make these again!

The dough was REALLY sticky. I left the first batch to go into the oven basically as is in the recipe, which left them spread out and tasted more life muffin. Which wasn't bad, but not what I was going for. When I added more flour, it maintained a shape but tasted bitter. I would recommend you tweak this recipe if you want it proper scones.
