Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
YUM!!! i made these to take into work one day and got rave reviews! a lot of ppl have mentioned the tops sink in, the first time i made them the tops caved in on me...the second time around i made sure i didnt overbeat the batter and they turned out great with beautiful crowns! will make these time after time again! thank u!

Fresh Fruit Cobbler
loved this recipie! i just threw in fruits i had on hand (pears, apples, plums, peaches, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. i tossed the fruit with brown sugar instead of white and a bit of cinnamon...note: i didnt measure the fruit out, i just did enough to fill a 10" springform pan about three-quarters of the way full. i made the topping as directed. i had to bake longer than the time suggested due to the extra fruit. Great recipie to make everyone eat their fruits! Thanks for the recipie!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
this is a great recipie! i've made it with and without the topping and i have to say i prefer it without. after reading suggestions from others i replaced the milk with all buttermilk (you have to add extra buttermilk though since its thicker but it makes the muffins sooo moist)...i use 1/4 white sugar and 1/2c of brown sugar. instead of making the topping i just add the cinnamon directly to the muffin batter. i have a whole bunch of blueberries in the freezer from the summer so i usually add in an additional 1/2 cup or so...YUMMY!
