I am a high school teacher and really enjoy experimenting with my cooking during the summer when I have some off time. I have a family of very picky eaters and this makes my cooking a challenge. I love cooking on the grill! Sundays are family meal days (because everyone is constantly going in different directions) and this is the day when I put my best foot forward and even splurge on making fabulous desserts! I have finally settled on what I believe is the best grilled steak! It has taken many attempts that my family has enjoyed along the way! There are many of these which is to be expected from a self-trained "chef" experimenting with many flavor combinations.
