Slow Cooker London Broil
I made this the other night. We went other peoples suggestions and I made it with low sodium versions of both the tomato and mushroom soups. I left out the onion soup all together. Wasn't salty. Overall, the meat was tasty, kind of like a pot roast. After 10 hours on low the meat fell apart. Didn't care for the gravy at all. Or the smell of it. Not sure that I'll make it again. Although, it was a very low cost and easy recipe to make!
