Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
We really enjoyed this sauce. I used it over home-made gnocchi. I had to substitute a few things because I was pressed for time. I used milk and added low-fat cream cheese to give it a thick, rich flavor. Then I added some mozzarella cheese and thickened it with cornflour/starch. It worked well.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Great recipe! I use other veggies in this recipe too. I learned my lesson the first time around and from now on make sure that I cover it with tin foil to prevent burning. Now, I uncover it when it's time to put the cheese and parsley over.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Very very good and very easy. I made it with low-fat cream cheese, skim milk, and once with fat-free milk and loved it each and every time. I/we enjoy it without pasta and just over steamed veggies--spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers . . . great!
