Watermelon Salsa
This is a refreshing choice of salsa. You can make it as hot or mild as you like. I used fresh minced garlic (not too much) and added cilantro. Very good!

Irish Whiskey Flat Iron Steak
I marinated this for about 4 hours in the fridge. Unfortunately, I overcooked the meat to well done. Expecting the meat to be a little tough, I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite tender. Will make this again, but I will watch the time on the grill.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken
Tried this recipe with a light ale. The results were not what I expected. I will try a different beer before I decide if this recipe is a keeper.
