Buffalo Chicken Wings I

I just made these wings and they were awesome! I followed other reviewers and just tossed them in the sauce making sure to coat them well rather than cook them longer however I followed the rest of the recipe exactly and they were a hit!

Bar-B-Que Sauce

This so easy that you never need to buy BBQ sauce from the store again. I always add a little liquid smoke just to give it that just BBQ'd flavor and it is great!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

My husband just loved this! It was tender and perfect. I used a BBQ sauce recipe I found on here and added it the last hour of cooking and turned the slow cooker on high and it was delish!

Baked Kale Chips

The are really good! I used spray extra virgin olive oil and steak seasoning. The trick is to cook them just right. They are really good when cooked to perfection. I will make this again soon as the kids even like it!

Lemon Parsley Potatoes

My husband just loves these potatoes. I use fresh italian parsley and real butter. Just be sure not to over cook the potatoes and to quarter them if they are large. I always try to pick out the smallest potatoes that I can, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

This was a really great recipe for lamb chops. If you use a really good balsamic, it makes a big difference. I will be making this again in the near future!

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie

I don't like rhubarb pie, however this is so awesome! I found myself waking up in the night just to have another taste of it! It is the perfect combination of everything and you don't need to tweek it one bit!

Easy Pie Crust

This was so good and so easy! I will never buy another pre-made pie crust again! I took the advice of other reviewers and decreased the salt and increased the sugar since it was for a pie. You can taste and go from there depending on what you are making. As is it would be awesome for a pot pie!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This was heavenly! I took the advice of other reviews and added some spices to the flour mixture as well as put steak seasoning on the pork before I floured it. Then, following another reviewer, I cut the pork into chunks so that the pecan and honey mixture coated every little bite. BRAVO!!!

Toasted Garlic Bread

I have made this a few times.Once with parmesean, once with mozzarella, and once with no cheese at all. I will never buy the store garlic bread again! Having a good bread also makes a difference!
