Avocado Salad with Bacon and Sour Cream
This was lovely. I didn't really measure, just estimated, and I added some cilantro, and it was perfect with my Mexican dinner. Thanks for the recipe!

Peach Cobbler II
I only used one cup of water because I was kind of nervous about the boiling water pouring thing. Maybe two cups makes it cook faster? After 45 minutes I took it out and although the peaches were perfectly cooked the batter ended up being a little undercooked. It was very tasty and easy though, great when you want to use fresh peaches.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
I'm sorry, I did not like this recipe at all. What a waste of a lovely cut of meat. After four hours, it was cooked but still rather tough and dry for some reason. I also thought the combination of soy sauce and wine would be intriguing but it was just kind of odd and I didn't care for it. I would have given it only one star but my husband ate about 2/3 of it and said he would have given it three stars.
