Baked Potato Skins

The family said these were better than potato skins we have ordered at any restaurant -- and we've tried a lot of them! The seasonings are particularly tasty.

Turkey a la King

I doubled the recipe to feed my family of 5, and served it over refrigerated-dough biscuits. The kids all loved it. I just wish it weren't so high-calorie!

Sesame Beef

I stir-fried some asparagus with the beef, which was really tasty. I served it with fried rice -- the kids just mixed everything together and really liked it.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
