I'm fun loving, spontaneous, a jokester, quiet. Roast dinners. family traditions...hmmmm...is when I get my kids helping out with dinner. It makes for a pleasant evening, and you get to interact with everyone and you're not the only one doing the cooking!! Participaction is where it's at!!! Is getting my kids in the kitchen to lend a hand, whether it is setting a table or washing dishes, or helping make the salad dressing or mashing potoates! Yay!!! I like when everyone participates, it makes me very happy!!! My cooking tragedies, is that sometimes I get wrapped up in a favorite tv show, and I may forget that I have something cooking on the stove, and whatever I'm cooking gets a little burnt! Lesson learned..never leave anything unattended on the stove!!!! hahahahaha!!
