White Chip Chocolate Cookies

These were really good! the right amount of chocolate and sugar. i used the 1st reviewers tips to make them just right. I used 2-1/4 cups flour, 2/3 c. each brown and white sugar. i didint have white chocolate chips so i used milk chocolate. baked them at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside. great cookie!

Easy Pizza Sauce III

really easy recipe. however i found the sauce a little sour. i used "no salt added" tomato sauce and paste and maybe thats why it was sour and had no flavor. i added salt and it came out better. i will buy normal paste and sauce next time. i will use this pizza sauce recipe again.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

i liked this! we always have so much tortillas and i was finding ways to use them up. this was very good but it was runny. next time i will probably just add 1 cup or 1/2 a cup of broth to the sauce. but i will make this again
